Today totally a blast man .
Im freaking tired right now .

I burnt 500 plus of my calories off today .
Im so proud of myself .
I booked a personal trainee today and hope it turn out to be a handsome one .
But too bad .
It doesnt matter anyway .
After that went cs for rice burger .
I know all my efforts wasted but i cant resist the temptation .
I still couldnt get a better picture of my current hair .
Im trembling .
Not because of what trauma .
Im shivering too .
